“Great Experience – I started looking for 21 windows some time in November 2010.  I  invited Thompson creek, Window World(Chantilly) and Sears. Thompson creek was very expensive, quote me $24000, Sears quoted me $21000 and for similar windows Window World has quoted me $8500 for ComfortWorld 6000 Double Hung with argon field double pane. Price was included for exterior trim , installation, Lead test, old window removal and lifetime guarantee.  I really like their 6000 series windows .  I believe that’s what most of houses needed.  But somehow I dropped my project and again decided to go for new windows in 2011 August.  I invited window Nation (Stay away from these guys).  Also called Window World and ask for new price.  I stopped by at their office and signed up for 21 windows and 1 storm door for $7300. I read lot of bad reviews over internet about Window world , but decided to take my chances.  I discussed all bad reviews with Window World before signing up.  I signed a contract and paid 25% and someone called me with in 2 hrs and stopped by and took measurement on same day, an it was Sunday. And with my surprise, They had my 21 windows delievered with in a week and I got a call to schedule installation next monday.  Team of 5 sub-contractors has installed 21 windows and one storm door in a day.  They cleaned up everything and didn’t mess up or damage anything on my house.  I have great experience with Window World and I strongly believe most of bad reviews about they and not real.  Also best thing I like about them is their fixed prices, they are printed on papaer and you may get little discount on it.  At least they are honest and not drag you in sales game like others (especially Window Nation who quoted me $30000 for same window and called to office about 50% off coupon and gave me price of 15000 and after 2 days again gave me discount with final quote of 9000) – It’s been just one month since windows are installed, but so far we have no issues with windows, or installtion. They are looking good and very reasonable.  Keep it up honest work Window World…..I will write same review on other websites as well.”

We want to personally thank Arthur Simons for all of his help last night.  After he provided us with the price quote for our new home windows, we noticed our family room was taking in water from all of the torrential rain the last few days.

Arthur, without hesitation, insisted on helping anyway he could and even offered to help move furniture.  We thanked him but told him it wasn’t necessary. He again insisted.  He helped my husband bail the standing water in our flower garden, which is a cement casing in the front of house and helped re-position the down spouts away from the garden in order to redirect the water away from the house. He and my husband were completely soaked from head to toe as it was still raining while they were working.

Arthur is an amazing young man and Window World should be honored to have him as one of their employees.  He went out of his way to help us and didn’t even think twice before offering.  He is truly one employee any business would be blessed to have on their team. He deserves to be acknowledged for unbelievable kindness and thoughtfulness.
