“Only 2 of 5 contractors I contacted bothered to follow up, Window World was one of them. After receiving an email with the approximate cost, I arranged for a final estimate with measurements. Nolan Bright was the salesman who met with us. He was very professional, explained the features of the windows, and took measurements. He was genuinely surprised when I said that if you do an internet search on “window world reviews” there is virtually nothing good said about the company. Waco Angie’s List is the exception. He provided me with a several page list of former customers to contact. I called a few and they were all satisfied customers; some had problems initially, but those problems were said to be resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I ordered 6 windows (3 doubles) as a “trial” (my previous 10 years experience with Central Texas contractors accounts for my caution). We were told it would take 4-5 weeks to get the windows: it did. This morning (19 May 11) Rick and Tom, the installers, showed up. My wife said their first activity was to lay down protective drop cloths and set to work, 3 hours later everything was cleaned and vacuumed, windows were installed, additional exterior trim was added, debris was removed, and my wife was instructed in the operation and care of the windows. WOW! My concerns were unfounded. I shall be contracting with Window World of Waco again. I recommend this company, and I don’t do that easily!”
