“After 30 years and 5 months in our home, it became very evident that we needed to address our AGED windows and join the 21st Century technology owners. after hearing in-home representatives from other companies, and upon a recommendation from the insurance agency who carries our homeowners insurance coverage, I invited Window World to come out. Very pleased that Ron is based in your Tampa, FL office. After a week of email questions to Ron, with concrete answers, I decided to say yes. What a profound decision that was/is. We signed the contract on 24 July 12, in a short time we then arranged an install date: 28 Aug 12. Window World should also be thankful to have the three installers which were assigned to my install: Neil, Junior, and James (sorry that i don’t know last names).
