“I cannot recommend Window World highly enough. I did my homework and got 4 quotes, 2 from the big home improvement stores, and 2 from companies that focus on windows. WW’s quote was the best value – the price was lower than the home improvement stores, and the warranty was better than 2 of the 3 other competitors.
When I was getting the run-around from my property manager, WW spent extra time supplying her with the information she needed, including sending her extra photos.
The window install itself went great! First, since they got a late start, they sent over 2 extra guys so that the job could be wrapped up in one day. The crew was polite, efficient, very nice to me, and I can tell they enjoy working with each other. They re-installed a window treatment that I could not reach, and installed the brackets for another treatment that I will put back up on my own. They cleaned up after themselves inside and outside too.
The personal touches made me feel like a valued customer and a person, not just a sale. If I ever move and need new windows, I will definitely call Window World again.”
