Both were tenacious in their duties and easily surpassed my expectations working without breaks for lunch or dinner until 1 a.m. the next morning, in order to complete the job. Steve in particular treated my installation as if he were performing it on his own house, not settling for mediocre and achieving perfection. To say the least, I am extremely impressed with your company and wish to express my personal appreciation for a job well done.

To top it off, I received a personal handwritten note from Jack expressing his thanks for purchasing your product. In today’s world, it is rare that a company provides such exceptional service and product to a consumer and again, I cannot express how much that means to my family and I. “Window World put in nine windows and a patio door.  I like the product and price, and the installation was good.  A friend of mine told me about them and he was really happy with them so I contacted them personally.  I thought it was a great value for the price.  You can maybe find something better but you are going to pay more for it; I don’t know if it would be worth it.  The higher-grade windows were only $20 more per window.”
