Prior to the initial installation date, I was having foundation work done at the residence that required upsetting the household furniture and displacement of items. Initially I was told this was a two and a half day project by the company, however it turned into five full days. Needless to say, I was a bit stressed as I had originally scheduled your company for installation on what was day 4 of the foundation project. I contacted Jill to reschedule the installation and she assured me that it was not a problem and worked with me to again, meet MY needs.
On the day of the installation, the two installers, Steve and Robert arrived on time and quickly began the job. Both were tenacious in their duties and easily surpassed my expectations working without breaks for lunch or dinner until 1 a.m. the next morning, in order to complete the job. Steve in particular treated my installation as if he were performing it on his own house, not settling for mediocre and achieving perfection. To say the least, I am extremely impressed with your company and wish to express my personal appreciation for a job well done.

To top it off, I received a personal handwritten note from Jack expressing his thanks for purchasing your product. In today’s world, it is rare that a company provides such exceptional service and product to a consumer and again, I cannot express how much that means to my family and I. Rest assured, when it is time to replace windows and doors on our other house as well as one we plan on purchasing in the near future, Window World will be at the top of our list and highly recommended to our friends.”

“Window World put in nine windows and a patio door.  I like the product and price, and the installation was good.  A friend of mine told me about them and he was really happy with them so I contacted them personally.  I thought it was a great value for the price.  You can maybe find something better but you are going to pay more for it; I don’t know if it would be worth it.  The higher-grade windows were only $20 more per window.”
