“My initial contact with your company was Scott Blevins. He is certainly an asset to your company. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and there was no high pressure, etc. My job was very small, only 4 windows on the front. I was told when scheduling the installation, the names of the 2 installers that would come, but then 2 different ones came to do the job.
When I called to ask why, I was told that the others were finishing up another job and would not be available for mine. I was very unhappy that I had not been informed previously about this change. However, the 2 window installers that came did a great job. (I think Mario & Junior) Please make sure as I’m enclosing $20 for each one. If ever, any future customer needs a recommendation, please feel free to use my name and number, as I will highly recommend those two fine installers.”
