First, my wife and I visited your store to choose the windows that we wanted, Mr. Wilcox showed us all the characteristics and specifications of the windows.  We decided right there to have the measurements taken and to get an estimate of the cost of the windows and installation.  Mr. Wilcox came to our house on December 1, 2009.  He measured all of the windows and gave us the estimate.  We were very impressed with Mr. Wilcox’s knowledge of the product.
