“Dear Mr. Bomba,
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you, it concerns the purchase and installation of 21 windows for our residence.
First, my wife and I visited your store to choose the windows that we wanted, Mr. Wilcox showed us all the characteristics and specifications of the windows. We decided right there to have the measurements taken and to get an estimate of the cost of the windows and installation. Mr. Wilcox came to our house on December 1, 2009. He measured all of the windows and gave us the estimate. We were very impressed with Mr. Wilcox’s knowledge of the product. His honesty and professionalism made us decide to sign the contract and complete the payment the same day. He is a true asset to your team.
During the past eight months, we have replaced in our home the entire air conditioning system, the carpet, the tile and wood floors, refinished the cabinets, etc. During all of these changes, we had the opportunity to work with several work crews, some better than others.
Now here comes Mike and his brother, representing Window World, to remove the old windows and install the new ones.
My wife and I were very impressed with them from the beginning. Mike called every day about ten minutes before arriving to let us know that he was about to get to the house. No one in the past called ahead, however it is great that they did that.
During the 3 day installation process, Mike and his brother were very courteous, showed that they are expert professionals in the removal and installation of windows, and the best part of all is how clean they work. During the entire process, the house and the areas that they worked on were impeccable, they made every effort to avoid disturbing the household routine and the end result was a perfect and very neat installation of every window.
Mr. Bomba, I congratulate you for having such a dedicated and wonderful team that the only thing in their minds is customer satisfaction.”
