We purchased a 20 year old house last year and have been spending crazy $$ for heating/air conditioning because of the horribly leaky windows. One of our neighbors had their windows done by Window World, so I set up an appointment for an estimate. In the process we had another company come out and estimate first. This company came out and spent 2 hours with his little sales pitch and then gave us the “it’s here or now” to make the decision. Our approval for financing fell short of the estimate, so we cut 4 windows out to make it fit. Upon calling Window World to cancel our appointment because we decided to go with XX Company….Cathy told me to read my contract carefully just to make sure we weren’t getting “taken”. I’m so glad she told me that!! I read the contract and so much was left open. Minutes later, Steve at Window World called to tell me that they had a flat fee for each window within a certain size…the estimate was $4000 LESS than XX Company AND I was able to get all 15 windows AND a new sliding glass door installed!! Less than a month later, I’m sitting in my home looking out my gorgeous new windows! The workers were professional and enjoyable to having in our home for 2 days. Extremely courteous of our personal items, pets, and family. Doug happened to pop in on the second day to check on the work personally. If you are looking for new windows don’t even waste your time with anyone else. Window World was an absolute joy to work with!!

Your representative, Rob, was very knowledgeable and personable, and we like that. What set his presentation apart was that he brought samples of the windows to both see and touch. He also includes a heat lamp demonstration of the windows insulating properties, he took the time needed to answer our questions, and finally when a problem arose in his proposal, he stood by his price and did not charge us more. This made your company stand out to us as one prepared with a great product, and with integrity. (Incidentally, you also had the lowest price). None of the other companies were prepared. When your installers came, Elliot and Randy, they were quick and efficient. I helped make that the process faster.When they were finished, the windows looked very nice. We noted an immediate and tremendous difference in the comfort of our home.

When the windows were being installed, I saw there were areas where there was not enough insulation foam being applied to the gap between the window frame and the wall of the home. I had to mention this a few times to the installer on the two windows that I was able to view. I have one important suggestion and it is to completely seal any gaps and then have the homeowner inspect each window before finishing the sealing process. This would be an important selling point that would generate word of mouth advertising, and the extra cost would be nominal to you.”
