“When I purchased my home, the existing windows were drafty, allowing dust and noise into the house. Because of the nearby roads and truck traffic on Rt 220, I really needed to replace the existing windows. A Window World of Roanoke rep stopped by, I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and materials on the sample window for the price. So, I was sold!

The crew that did the installation were very good at what they did. The windows fit perfectly, and they did an excellent job at cleaning up. It’s been four years and the Window World windows are still solid. The vinyl is tough, as I found out after a bad hail storm made a bullseye for my neighborhood in March 2012. This golf ball sized hail destroyed the vinyl siding on the front of my home, BUT, not the Window World vinyl that the windows were constructed of. In fact, only one sash was broken out of one of the four windows. Only the outer glass was busted from the hail in that sash. My neighbors had considerably more damage with their windows destroyed. (Not Window World)
I called Window World a day after the storm and provided the information off of the sash, and within a few weeks, Window World came by and replaced the sash at no charge, plus they fixed the screens. Now that’s service after the sale! They stopped by and took photos of the damage which I had suggested that use for advertising. Tough windows for sure, and good energy savers. I highly recommend the team at Window World Roanoke, you will not be disappointed!”

“My husband and I had our windows replaced in January and I wanted to get back with you to tell how happy we are with our decision to use Window World. My husband and I had just bought our house in October and the windows, in addition to the bow window, were in dire need of replacement. The job would have been completed in one day but the crew ran out of daylight and had to come back the next day to finish the exterior trim. Once complete, one of the installation crew members showed us all the features of the window and how to operate them. Again, I can’t say enough about how nice, well-organized, and professional the installation crew was. I want to thank you for your help on such a major purchase. I felt very confident after you left that we would be taken care of and we were.
