“My name is Buford Latham and I live on Agee Lane in Cumberland. If you’re reading this and you’re from this area, everyone calls me Max. Been here since ‘51. I bought windows from the Window World in Farmville back in 2001. We got the accidental glass breakage and thank goodness. The windows have been great! We have less noise, they are easy to operate, they have savred us tons of money.
I was an equipment shop superintendant so I know what customer service is all about. A while back I flew a rock through my screen and window while mowing the lawn. We found out that the Farmville office was closed but that the Window World Richmond store would take care of us. They sent out Mike Callahan. He got the number, ordered the sash and 3 weeks later, the sash fits perfect. He also replaced the ripped screen. The best part is it was all free. 10 years later and not even the same office! I will recommend Mike and Window World to everyone.”
