“We decided to replace ALL 17 windows in our old house from double hung single pane to Series 4000 double hung windows from Window World.
We really shopped around and WINDOW WORLD PRICES ARE THE BEST and THE BEST QUALITY.
We ordered the replacement windows on September 2nd 2010 and they were all installed by November 3rd 2010. I must say, even after hitting a snag (someone forgot to order the 3 small windows) they had them installed within 2 weeks. We are really impressed with the quality and workmanship of these windows.
I waited this long to write a review to see if we would have any problems with the new windows, but we have had not a single problem with them.
In matter of fact, we are on “Utilities budget billing”, and we saved $400 on the first 10 months on utilities alone and it looks like we are getting another refund from our local utility company this year. At this rate these windows will have payed for them selves in 8 years, and we think it was a “well worth investment”.
We highly recommend these windows to everyone, and we will continue to do so. Thank you Window World.”
