“During March of this year, David DuVal visited my home and made a presentation for 9 replacement windows. The product was equal in quality to the 3 other products I had considered. I have purchased the windows and would like to express my pleasure with the entire process. David made a no pressure presentation. He brought a sample of the window into my home showing me all the features of this product. He was complete in his explanations of the company policies i.e. transferable warranty, energy efficiency, payment, etc. He was pleasant and respectful of both me and home.
I could not wish for a better introduction to your company. The lovely lady Sharon Bennett in your office is professional, extremely pleasant, and has a gentle sense of humor. She arranged appointments for all the individuals involved with this process in a timely fashion and answered all my questions I asked with ease. The two gentlemen, Ernie and Rick Tackett, doing the actual installation were efficient as well as pleasant. They were caring of my property and the animals that are part of my life. I had out of town guests at the time and they interacted with them courteously never missing a beat in their work (amazing). They did not leave mess left behind (impressive). The building inspector that approved the installation said, “I’m glad your chose Window World.” After he completed the inspection his words were “they did a good job.” Marion County is not easy to please, not too shabby guys. Greg Galas provided an additional quote for the balance of windows. I hope to replace these in the near future. Greg displayed the same demeanor as David. Whatever your company is doing to retain such quality personnel is worth your efforts. It is my hope that the same group of individuals will be available when I replace the balance of windows in my home.”
