Your Salesperson “Russ Carson” is awesome. He was refreshingly honest and did not take up my time by being pushy or overbearing like other window companies have done. The complete trust he instilled in Window World and the workmanship that would be done sold me. I even came in and paid in full for the windows that had not been installed yet.
I would like to commend Ken Starr and Chris Daniels for the remarkable work they performed putting my replacement windows in. I was unable to be at home when they came to install, but I stayed in contact with home base and heard only praise on their work performance. When I did get home, I was ecstatic with the job.
