“My husband and I contacted several window replacement companies in preparation for out remodeling project. We determined to use Window World, primarily on the basis of your salesman, Hugh Spickard. He was very knowledgeable, sincere, and personable. He was the first salesman we talked with, and we began to “rate” the other companies’ salesmen by his presentation and personality. All fell short of the standard set by Hugh. You are fortunate to have a man of this caliber as a representative for your company. (I promise I am not his mother, nor a relative or friend!) You seem to have a great product and we look forward to recommending Window World and Hugh to our friends.”

“My windows were installed yesterday by Window World of Nashville, I wanted to tell you I had the most wonderful crew (Joey) working here yesterday and they did a perfect job on these windows. You know it all started when I called originally and Tracy was so nice. Then Hugh came out here and sold me the windows, he took the time to match up everything perfectly. The windows were exactly as I ordered, the colors were perfect, and the installation was wonderful. The house already felt warmer last night. I can’t say enough good things about Joey and his crew. They were stellar workers and stellar individuals. They did the best job I have ever seen. I have already recommended you to my brother and 2 neighbors. I cleaned my windows this morning just because I can. Again, I just wanted to thank you so much for your help with this project. You do beautiful work and have a lot to be proud of.”

“We bought our windows from them two years ago and have had no problems. They were less than half the cost of the sears windows and were installed quicker. Quality was exactly the same (if not better). I would highly recommend Window World.”
