“I want to let you know how happy I am for choosing World of Windows to replace my siding which was damaged by hail. I have had many compliments from neighbors and friends. As you probably know by now, I am very fussy about construction details. There were a few problems that I noticed and reported to you and they were all corrected to my complete satisfaction.

I appreciate all of the work you did on my behalf to settle my insurance claim. You met with me several times, took pictures, wrote a letter and met with the claims representative which resulted in my getting additional funds from the insurance company.
