Just wanted to take a minute to express to you how pleased I am with my new office windows. They look terrific. Several patients have noticed them and commented on how beautiful they are. Last week during the high temperatures, I was amazed at how the inside of the windows remained cool to the touch. Due to their great efficiency, we found we did not have to use the wooden shutters that were previously there to assist in cooling the rooms. I am confident I will see a reduction in my future heating and cooling bills. My cleaning lady left me a note to say how much easier it was to clean all the windows in the office.
I also wanted to mention how professional and knowledgeable your installation persons were. They took the time to answer all of my questions as the windows were being installed. They were very courteous. They even made a follow-up visit on Monday to see how we liked them and to check everything over.
