“Okay so my first window estimate was with a well known company. I was so pressured into signing a contract that day. I could not believe it. There is nothing I hate more than being hassled. Anyway, I canceled the contract the next day and waited for my appointment with Window World (which they missed). They quickly rectified that by scheduling the next convenient appointment for me.
Arthur Simons came out to do the presentation and give me the estimate. He apologized profusely for the missed appointment . He did not pressure me into doing anything I was not ready for. I could not believe the price difference between Window World the other company. Arthur came back out when I was ready to put my order in. He went over everything with me again, wrote up the contract and even gave me some tips and information about wrapping my box windows with aluminum. He is probably the most friendly and patient salesperson I have dealt with. If a salesperson knows what he is selling and believes in what his/her company offers then there is no need to pressure the customer. Way to go Arthur.Someone came to measure but I was not there so I can not speak on their professionalism.
The install team came on time and worked hard till they were done. I was amazed when they came into the house they took off their shoes before I had to ask. Arthur had done the same when he came out. The two guys did a great job with the install and clean up. Window World rocks and I hope that my windows do for me all I was told to expect. When I am ready to do the sliding doors and backside of the house I know who I am calling
