“With pleasure, I am writing to you to inform you of an exceptional employee you have in Adam Kapys. Last Thursday he installed a large picture window in my dining room. When he arrived alone, I questioned how one man could handle the installation of such a large window by himself. Well, Adam turned out to be not only very courteous and pleasant but also a “powerhouse” of a worker. The windows look great. I wish the other nine windows I previously had installed by Window World installers looked as good and the installers were as efficient as Adam.
Being a senior citizen, I am usually uncomfortable with strangers in my house-but not with Adam. He was so kind and considerate. And you should know that he not only does an exceptional job as an installer but he also praises the quality of the Window World windows.
