“My husband and I were interested in Window World because their pricing is amazing. When I called Window World I was impressed by the customer service I received. The woman with whom I spoke (I can’t remember her name) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I asked her for a price estimate for replacement windows and she gladly reviewed pricing options with me. She was honest and didn’t have any sleezy “because I like you” prices.
“Our sales representative was Steve. Steve is wonderful! He was on time (trust me this is rare with window sales people!) and very professional. He explained the entire process and even showed us the window we were interested in. Steve wasn’t pushy and even told us to take some time to think about it. No pressure, no BS. He even recommended that we meet with a few other companies so we had comparisons.
“So we did… and the difference is significant. Despite every interaction we had with a Window World representative being impressive, we were still a little hesitant to move forward with Window World simply because they are so much less expensive than other companies. We assumed there had to be something wrong. So we made appointments with other companies and the experience was, to put it mildly, horrendous. After two failed appointments with other companies we called Steve and ordered our windows.
“Our windows were ordered, made, delivered, and installed within 3 1/2 weeks (installed October 2011). The installation process was painless. The installers were on time, professional, and incredibly hard-working. And they left our home spotless when they were done!
So far, we love our windows. Great investment and great improvement. I am actually excited for the upcoming winter so we can really test them out but I am sure they will make a HUGE improvement in our heating bill as well as comfort.
