“Your actions, congeniality and value of product is the reason I am writing. First, thank you for completing this job expeditiously. The quality of the installation was seamless. Inside and outside the replacement carpentry was “undetectable” as you promised. Your windows matched the other, older, front windows without having to replace them to match. Many of the neighbors with similar designed homes in this development commented they were surprised to see the similarity.
I also wanted to thank you for the extra effort to use the old parts of the bad windows to install on some other windows there. Your effort there, closed the deal. I had other estimates, but, you took the interest and time to help my wife attend to her concerns on the lower level windows. You were quick, professional, and knew your product. That gave us the confidence to separate salesmanship from a “nothing is too much” attitude. And you meant it, and demonstrated it.
In a bad economy, your windows were the best value offered. Other products were comparable, but priced excessively. You had your samples along with you to show us. They just weren’t pictures in a book.
I have been in the product and service business for 30 + years. Your company needs to know the value of you and your professional ability. Salesmanship backed up by knowing your product was communicated, demonstrated and everything you said was 100% right on about service and value.
