“We recently had a total replacement of windows in our vintage home, and would like to express our thanks for a job well done from out window consultant to our installers, to the Customer Appreciation Day.
Our window consultant, Jim Reeder, arrived promptly at his promised time, fully armed with a sample window and answers to all our questions. Now, it may not seem like much, but this is quite an accomplishment. My husband is an engineer. We had thoroughly researched replacement windows online, and he had his engineer’s “grid” chart of information to fill in all the appropriate information. Jim did an outstanding job. Even when we had a question after Jim had departed, he returned promptly the next day to fully answer our additional questions. We had gotten several estimates, and knew that the price was right. We were sold!
The windows arrived much sooner than we had expected, and a date was scheduled for installation. Kevin Dukes and Josh (sorry, didn’t get his last name) arrived promptly as scheduled, and managed to complete the entire window replacement effort in one day (13 windows, including 2 picture windows). They were courteous, answered additional questions, and endured a minor amount of hovering from us as they completed their work in a very professional manner. They cleaned both inside and out as they installed the windows, leaving us with a simple replacement of window treatments. One window was minus a weep hole cover, and Kevin brought that by the way the very next morning on his way to another job. That piece didn’t seem to fit, so they send us another. Excellent work!
To top off an already great experience, the Customer Appreciation Day on April 24th was simply icing on the cake. From start to finish, and then some, Window World has exhibited professionalism in every area. We would recommend your service to any of our friends or family, and we know they would be satisfied.
