“I had seven window replaced in my home this past Monday (November 9).  I want to tell you that I could not be happier with the customer service, price, product, and labor unless of course it was fee.  I will start with the person that set up the appointment for the initial visit.  She was polite, professional and knew what she was talking about.  The estimator came out and arrived right on time.  We walked around the house and I told him what he wanted.  He had some great suggestions, such as frosted glass in the bathroom window, changing a slider to double-hung on another window.  Some suggestions cost more and some saved us money.  I just appreciate knowing what my options are and making my own choice.  He took the measurements and explained the cost of everything as well as the warranty on everything.  He told us that the windows would be in between four and six weeks from the date that I ordered them and they were in five weeks later.  The lady that set up the installation was professional and informative so I knew what to expect on the day of installation.  The installer arrived exactly when he said he would.  He immediately got to work measuring all the windows to make sure everything was the correct size.

Once he was satisfied that everything was correct he got to work.  I could not believe how quickly and neat he was with the whole process.  The initial measurements would have had to be perfect for everything to go that smoothly.  He worked no stop until the job was finished.  I have never seen such perfect caulking in my life.  I checked everything inside and out and could not find one flaw in the whole job.  When he left there was not a scrap of debris, nor a stray nail or screw.  I can’t stop bragging about my new windows to all of my colleagues.  They are anticipating the same kind of home improvements and I was the guinea pig.  They wanted to see how my windows turned out before they made the move.  I work for the school district in Houston and I am spreading the word.  In addition, all of the houses in my neighborhood were built in 1965 and will all need new window sooner or later.  This is a stark contrast to the experience I had 18 months ago with a large home improvement store (Lowe’s) , where I ended up with a cost of $400 over the original quote (charging me $6.50 per tube of caulk).  The workmanship was terrible.  After three visits from the contractors, it is better, but not perfect.  Thank goodness I only had them do one window.
