Being a newer homeowner I’ve already had my share of bad experiences when having someone in my home to complete a project that that I’ve hired them for.  Window World of West Michigan by far has surpassed my expectations of quality and good service.

I love their smooth and efficient process by which they conduct their business.  When they arrive to complete an estimate they provide an out-the-door cost which I have always found to be very fair and reasonable.

They go over options for what I am ordering, and then go ahead and order the windows.  I am contacted promptly after with a phone call to set up an install date.

On that date the installer(s) arrive(s) to install what has been ordered.  They work efficiently – quickly, yet they take the time to do things right.  Then that’s that!

Thanks to Window World of West Michigan I have a very nice new kitchen window (installed in summer of 2012), a beautiful new side entry door (installed October of 2012), and now new front windows on my home that were just installed on May 13 of this year.  Although, I feel that the windows are of very high quality and have had no problems with them, it is very reassuring to know that there is a warranty and protection plan that covers everything if I were to encounter problems.

Finally, the people themselves are awesome to work with.  Brandon knows his stuff – the windows and door came just as I ordered.

The installers are courteous and do a clean and thorough job.  Aileen in the office is a pleasure to work with as well in terms of scheduling appointments and such – extremely pleasant!

I still have a front door that is over 60 years old that needs replacing, and although most of the double hung windows in my home were replaced by the previous owner in 1997, I plan to have Window World of West Michigan back to replace them with their higher quality windows that will match the rest.  I have found a perfect go-to firm for windows and doors and I don’t plan on working with anyone other than Window World for future projects.

I cannot say enough good about their superior service and level of quality in what they sell and how they stand behind what they sell.  They have earned a repeat customer, and I have already given their name and phone number to others in my neighborhood looking to replace their old windows.
