Window World of Foothills Has “Great Salesman,” Star Installers

Window World Location : Foothills

“I received an estimate from another window contractor recommended by my home builder. My neighbor encouraged me to contact Window World. I called and set the appointment. Jay Wellmen is a great salesman. He was thorough, knowledgeable of his product and spent extra time answering my questions. I signed the contract and ordered my windows that day. The install guys Ken and Ron were the stars. They arrived early and went straight to work. Watching them climb up three stories to remove windows and carry up new windows secure them and remove all debris was like they had it down to a science. They worked non-stop in 95 degree temperatures installing my 17 new windows. Advertising is vital and a sales presentation can make or break a deal, but the installation process is what a customer will remember and discuss with neighbors and friends. My Window World experience was positive in every way. Although the windows in the back of my home have no problems, I called jay and ordered 8 more windows to finish the house. Thank you!”

$20,000 Spent with Window World of the Foothills!

Window World Location : Foothills

“My husband and I recently had the privilege of meeting and doing business with one of your salesman, Jay Wellman. When we say, “the privilege”, we hope you will know that we do not take that lightly. We were so impressed with his courteous, friendly, and pleasant way of handling his approach with dealing with us as a prospective customer that we ended up spending right at $20,000 with Window World.

I have a close friend, Jan Kilby, which works with your company. When my husband and I decided it was time to consider possibly putting vinyl siding on our house, we called several companies in order to receive estimates for a price to complete the job. I called Jan, not knowing that Window World even did vinyl siding. My goal was to see if she could recommend anyone that we might be able to call. Jan immediately had Brittani call us to see about setting up the appointment for Jay to come out and give us an estimate, but she even took the time to find out if we would be interested in more than just vinyl siding. She was not pushy, nor forceful; however, Brittani wanted to make sure the salesman would be prepared when he came to our house. She was making sure he would have any and all samples and brochures to help inform us of all the products that might interest us.

The experience then went to “better” on the morning that Jay was to come to our house. He was running a little late, due to unforeseen car issues, which might seem like a negative. However, Jay took the time to call us to make us aware of the time frame he was facing before he would be arriving. How many businesses would even take the time out to do such a thing? Your’s did!

When Jay arrived at the house, the time he spent with us explaining your products and demonstrating the windows, showing us samples of your products, and going over brochures and warranties was very informative to us. Jay spent several hours with my husband and I, mainly because we kept asking too many questions, of which he either knew the answer, or he took the extra time to get the answer for us. Not only did we appreciate the knowledge and the understanding Jay had about your products, but we truly were grateful that he took the time to let us know about Window World as a company. To some people this may seem trivial, but to us, it was awesome to know that the company we would choose to be doing business with, was a reputable company that cared about their community, cared about other people, and supported the charities that they do. So not only were your windows an awesome selling product all by themselves, but for us to know the “who” behind the business name helped us to make our final choice on the company we would choose.

My husband and I started out only wanting to get a recommendation for Vinyl Siding from a friend, but we ended up buying not only vinyl siding, but new shutters, new gutters and leaf guard, new windows, and a new garage doors..and if I may say so, made a new friend as well. We hope your realize what an awesome employee you have in Jay. If your installation crew and your product turns out to be half as good as he was, we will be doing business, as well as recommending Window World to others for many years to come.”

I Love the Double Hung Windows & Their Convenience to Clean!

Window World Location : Foothills

“Dear Steve and Window World of the Foothills:

Words can not express how much we appreciate the windows you installed in Templeton Cottage last month. What was once a room that was either “too hot” or “too cold” is now going to be the perfect “rec room” for our children to hang out. I love the double hung windows and their convenience to clean! Also, the fact that they’re white on the inside really brightens up the room compared to the brown windows that were there before.

The installers were extremely professional and worked very quickly at putting the windows in. It was a snowy day and I assumed they would have to cancel the installation and reschedule. Not only were the guys there on time, but they were gone before I could even snap a few pictures of them installing the windows for our “Cottage Renovation” scrapbook and RCCFS Newsletter!  That’s OK; Brittani sent me the pictures that were taken by Steve that day. (Thanks, Brittani!)

Window World Inc. and Window World of the Foothills has been a wonderful supporter of Rainbow Center Children and Family services. It’s such a blessing to have caring individuals right in our back door that will help make life a little easier for the at risk children that we serve. We plan to have an “open house” out at our cottages in the spring and hope you all will be able to stop in and see our progress and the difference those windows made.  Sincerely”
