“I would like to take this opportunity to say that we are truly very happy with the quality of our new window and the excellent customer service provided to us by Mr. Mike Dominquez. Mr. Dominquez took the time to cover all the details and benefits of having windows, etc from Window World. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product. In addition, Mr. Kelly Rider, Installer, was very curteous and did an excellent job. Our expectations have been truly exceeded. Thank you, very much.

“Today Kelly and his crew replaced 11 windows at our house. Since the house was built in 1927, it was not an easy job. Both Tony and the crew were on time, friendly, and very professional. We are pleased with the job and plan to have the remaining windows sometime in the fall. Two of our neighbors came over to admire the windows and very probably you will receive additional business from the job. I must say the windows look better than I had anticipated. Living in a historical district it is important to keep the integrity of the neighborhood. Thank you for a job well done.”

“The guys from Window World were on time… got here when they said they would… ain’t that great!!! The job was not the easiest one… three large windows.. second floor.. over the driveway.
The crew was great! Like I said, the job was tough and taking the old windows out was rough and dirty… but they did a great job in keeping the house clean and spent some time after the windows were installed picking up and leaving everything in good shape.
The windows are great… this is the second set of windows we have purchased from Window World and we are most satisfied.
The product is great… the installation team is great… we are most satisfied.
When the job was finished they spent some time answering several questions that we had and making a couple of adjustments to our first Window World installation. Everything now is top notch. Thanks.”
