Kirk, the sales rep, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as were the installers (Ken & Kevin). With the cold/frigid weather, they needed 2 days to complete the job and since my husband works from home (telecommunicates for a call center) they were very accommodating because they would carefully plan the louder activities for when Dan was off the phone.
