We found out that the Farmville office was closed but that the Window World Richmond store would take care of us. They sent out Mike Callahan. He got the number, ordered the sash and 3 weeks later, the sash fits perfect. He also replaced the ripped screen. The best part is it was all free. 10 years later and not even the same office! I will recommend Mike and Window World to everyone.”
