“When customer service exceeds all expectations, a business and its owners deserve a huge “thank you.” My new windows were installed almost a year ago. There was some wait, thanks to the heavy demand inspired by the Federal Government’s rebate program; I need not remind you of that, I’m sure. You and your employees were unfailingly polite and the the work was done in a timely manner when the products came available. What jump-started this note? The cold, cold weather and my nice, warm little condo. I shudder to think what the old windows would have been like! I also like the utilities bill, which is actually affordable for a change. I love my new windows. My son-in-law arrives for a visit, saying, “I love your new windows!” What better compliment can there be?
