“I went into the Window World of Clarksville Showroom just out of curiosity and a small display box with a heatlamp inside and 4 different windows was over in the corner. If you put your hand up to 3 of them it felt from hot to so hot you couldn’t keep your hand on the glass. But ONE PIECE OF GLASS you could put your hand pressed hard on it and you felt no heat at all, and I mean no heat, I was sold. I set up an appointment and they came out with a very short and effective demostration of everything the windows really do. They put freeze it on one side of the window and made a frozen circle, then they put a propane torch on the oppisite side of the glass and it never melted the ice at all, I got a price for nine windows, paid half up front and in about two weeks they called and my windows were in. We set an installation date and time and that’s where it really gets good. The day of the installation my appointment time was 8:30 a.m. At 8:15 I got a call that they were on they’re way and in a few minutes they pulled up in my driveway. Kevin Dukes and his helper did a GREAT JOB. I haven’t seen anyone take pride in getting every detail perfect, from putting in the windows to the trim work, excellent, and I for the life of me can’t find a thing wrong. Kevin goes beyond doing great work and he has a great working attitude. They made it so comfortable for me to just sit back and let them work. When they were done I walked around with them and I couldn’t believe the job they had done, it was great and made my place looked so much nicer. My overall experience was excellent plus I have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS THEY WILL FIX IT. I would advise anyone in need of windows to check out your local WINDOW WORLD, you’ll be glad you did, I know my wife and I are very pleased and the only down side is we didn’t do it sooner.”
