I am taking a few minutes to let you know I appreciate the service your installation team performed.  As a design engineer and having worked on many job sites and with several contractors, I personally thought your site team worked together extremely well.

The real purpose of this note is to say thanks to the entire Window World team for the manner in which they worked and the professional quality of work they provided.  They were very careful of the property and their clean-up was extremely well done.  They were also very helpful.  Because of my background as an engineer, I was watching them and asked a few questions concerning their techniques and methods.  They were very patient in talking to me and explaining what and how they were doing things.  I hope they understood I was only trying to learn from them and not looking critically.  In any case, they tolerated this old engineer nicely, and I thank them for that.

I was amazed at their teamwork… They could teach a lot of other contractors a lot about process and working as a team.  At the end of the day, they seemed more like friends than contractors.
