“My wife and I would like to thank the entire staff of Window World. When we first walked into your showroom, we sensed that your company had its act together to produce a quality product. We are delighted with the entire process which this has involved. We appreciated the diligence of Bill Fitzgerald in accurately measuring these windows at the farmhouse. As a result of his efficiency, the order was processed by your company in a timely manner. Since all windows, with the exception of one, have been installed, we are also appreciative of the quality construction of the windows and their expert installation by skilled craftsmen. We were surprised to learn that a window had been installed in the little bedroom upstairs in the very spot we had planned to install a door at a later date to access a balcony which has not yet been constructed. So after we discovered the replacement window had been installed in that sport, both my wife and I were surprised. However, after we discussed the installation and gave it some thought and prayer, we both came to the same conclusion that having that window installed was truly a blessing in disguise. Indeed, we are so pleased with the picture window in the kitchen that we have cancelled plans for the balcony to be built above the kitchen since it would block part of the view from the kitchen windows. So, without the balcony, we now have no need to have a balcony door upstairs. Ultimately, we believe the lord was in the installation of the windows from start to finish.”
