Our final windows were installed yesterday and they are perfect. We had 5 windows put in by Window World years ago and we loved them, so when we wanted to finish the remaining windows, we called on you again. There was a mix up on the vinyl color on 2 specialty windows for our porch. They came white, and every other window in the house is almond. We also had your company to do the soffit and fascia board around our porch in maple. I really did not understand the white
color! I called the salesman and he was not very helpful, so I called corporate. I received a phone call the next day from the Charleston office from where we ordered from. They said the color mix-up would be straightened out. They said it would take about two weeks for the new windows to arrive. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful customer service we received. The problem was corrected and made right and we do appreciate that. Thanks again and we love our windows.
