Our conversation at Franklin County Builders’ Show last February was fortunate indeed for us! We purchased a home that was badly in need of major renovations including new windows in March.
In the course of our work we contacted your offices and scheduled an appointment with one of your sales people. He was most helpful in guiding us to the best product to suit our needs.
After signing the contract which you also helped us with, we waited for our new windows to be installed with some trepidation. Old house scan be notoriously difficult to retrofit but your installers , Russ and Russell, did an excellent job! The wrapping they did of the old, wooden sills had been praised by our carpenters as being one of the best jobs they have ever seen. The windows are tight and have greatly diminished the traffic noise from a busy street.
Perhaps best of all, the noise from the fire station across the street which sounds a siren to summon its volunteers has been lessened considerably!
We believe that the architectural improvement brought about by the new windows is one of the reasons our renovation job appraised so well and why we were able to attract a good pool of potential tenants.
