“We recently purchased a foreclosure, and discovered shortly after moving in that we were definitely in need of new windows. Our home inspector had referred us to Window World, and after comparing some prices and reading some reviews, we decided to go with his referral. On the day of installation, everything went very smoothly and quickly, with one exception. Evidently, the man they sent to do measurements didn’t write something down correctly, so some of the windows that were sent were the wrong size. As soon as the mistake was discovered, a date was scheduled for the correctly-sized replacements to be installed. Unfortunately, on that day, one of the replacements arrived with a crack in it, and although it was able to be installed that day, we had to schedule yet one more day of re-installing, which turned out to be a very quick job. Since finally getting everything properly installed, we have been very happy with the windows- they are solid and open and close, lock, and clean as easily as we were expecting. Everything appears to be great quality, and even with the installation concerns, we were pleased with all of our interactions with the customer service reps.”
