On Dec 15th of this year we had Window World replace 9 large windows in an old 1869 home. Hoping the not so square openings from this old of a home would pose a problem. First of all the guys that put them in were so professional and considerate of our home. They took out 9 windows and replaced them one at a time in a record 3 hours. It was 23 degrees out and we were not frozen out of our home! Not more than 1 hour after all were in did we notice the “breeze” that used to be here was gone! It was an instant warmth that we didn’t know before. Everyone that comes over notices the even heat and difference in temperature. All the windows fit like a glove and the sound barrier is wonderful too.Cars and outdoor noise is so much quieter. Cant wait to open all these in the summer as we couldn’t take off some storms as they would have fallen apart! Cleaning will be such a breeze too! We opted for the best ones the 6000 series, only because of the large size. The other ones for the lower price I’m sure would be just as good. We have 9 more to do upstairs and would not hesitate to have these done. We will definately be calling them come spring. Once again thanks Window World and the great guys that installed them!
