We had 22 windows installed on a 2 story home in December. The team of 3 installers were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on day one without taking any breaks. They completed the job on day 2 within 2 hours. Cleanup was excellent. There was a problem with the lower sash of one window. A replacement was ordered, and it was installed in January.

We are very pleased with the look of the new windows and with the easy operation of them. I chose to not have the grids in the windows. Good decision as I love looking out the kitchen bay window with a clear unobstructed view to watch the birds and enjoy my flower beds in the spring. The new windows actually make that end of the kitchen appear larger.

I would definitely recommend window world windows.

“I checked with Home Depot, Lowe’s, and at least six others that I found on the Internet. Mark called me back and gave me a reasonable price and assured me that the window, even without the guarantee, was a much better purchase.  My only regret is that I waited as long as I did to make the decision to purchase from Window World.  I had a problem with some of the windows, but David told me it was an easy fix.  I came by last Friday, picked up the parts I needed, got instruction from (the guy in the warehouse that had helped me load the windows before Christmas), and replaced the parts and all the windows are installed and working now.  They look great.”

“Thank you for the installation of windows in my basement.  They look crisp and pleasing to the eye and I have had several comments on their nice appearance.  Shortly after their installation, we had a flooding in our area.  Although we had significant in our basement, none of the water came through or around the windows you had installed.  The old windows often allowed water to flow into our basement.  Your installer, Carter, was excellent.  I definitely would recommend him to anyone who wanted an individual who knows his work and takes pride doing it.”

“My windows were installed last week and I am thrilled. I just wanted to let you know that, while I was somewhat pessimistic about the energy claims. I have already seen the benefits first hand. When the weather gets as hot as it had the last couple of days, it is typical for my AC to kick on in the morning and stay on all day. The guys left Friday afternoon around 2 and right then I heard the AC shut off. Now, both upstairs and down, on the AC units sound far less stressed and typically kick on for around 10 minutes and shut off for 15-20 minutes. “The installer started Friday morning and spent till 9 that night finishing up the main work and trimmed things out the next day… Overall the windows look and function great. They sure cut down on outside noise and the amount of heat they block is amazing compared to the old 1983 windows. The installers were very nice and did a nice job..cleaned up everything after the job was done. Haven’t had any rain yet so I haven’t tested water tightness….it won’t get cold here till late October or November so that will be the other test so to speak. Overall, we’re happy with the way things turned out. I’d recommend WW if someone was looking to replace windows. We plan on staying in the house for 5-8 years tops. Note we replace two small bathroom windows, a slider, some standard 34 x 64 windows, and a patio door.”
