“We had a wonderful experience with our local Window World franchise. We had nine windows replaced in our small home. Seven of them were $189 each; the other two were larger, odd sizes and cost a bit more. We were thrilled with the job they did.

They arrived on time on the scheduled date and finished the entire job in one day. Clean-up outside could have been a bit better, but they took away the old windows and most of the “mess” outside. Inside was perfect; you’d never know they had been there!

We’ve had to call them back twice for replacements. Last winter one of the smaller windows broke during the bitter cold. It was replaced at no cost to us.

The second time it was the large window in our kitchen; three sections and one of the smaller side windows cracked (again when it was very cold and windy). The first time they came to replace the window, the replacement was the wrong size. The crew remeasured and replaced the entire window, since that exact style had been discontinued.

Vaughn came to do our in home demonstration and measured our windows, he was very professional and knowledgeable. When the windows came (in only a couple of weeks) they scheduled my appointment to have them installed. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 9 am, they promptly arrived at exactly 7am. They had all 7 of my windows torn out and the new ones put in and it only took an hour and a half. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves.
