I just wanted to give a HUGE Thank You to some outstanding people in your company! I have wanted to get new windows in my house for the past several years and was finally able to. I called to get an estimate and Jason Collins come to my house within a couple of days. He was very straightforward with me, not pushy in ANY way as has been my experience with salesmen in the past. He told me what you had to offer and gave me prices, and that was it. Very refreshing. He told me I could check around and get other estimates, but I didn’t even bother! I called him a couple of weeks later when I had the money and he came back out, took all the measurements and got my windows ordered. He said it may take 4-6 weeks, but they were back in 3!!

You scheduled the installation for yesterday and I opened the door to a smiling face and a handshake from Shane & Jamie. They were very nice, as was Harvey, who I met a little bit later. They arrived at 9am and I was expecting it to take all day, which would have been fine, but they had every window in my house out and the new ones installed by noon!! I was blown away! It was rainy, so they wanted to wait until today to finish the outside so that the weather wouldn’t mess up anything. That was perfectly fine with me. They finished caulking and cleaning up and were gone by 2. They were extremely efficient and did an amazing job. Then they came back today and finished up the outside work, which again was done much quicker than they thought yesterday. When I got there to inspect it, again I was VERY pleased with their work. They stacked up all the old aluminum from the old storm windows in the back because I asked them to, but then Jamie took the time to break down the frames so that I could fit them in my car so that I wouldn’t have to get someone with a truck to help me take it all to the recycling center. Then all 3 of them helped me load it in my trunk. This was all without asking them to do this. I just have to sing the praises of these 3 guys. Not only were they very professional, they were efficient and everything was cleaned up spotless afterwards.

They truly are a HUGE asset to your company. I could have gotten windows from anyone, but I honestly don’t think I would have gotten the outstanding service all the way around from any other company. I absolutely love my windows and they look amazing.
